Welcome to the OLHSA appointment scheduler

OLHSA seeks to reduce poverty and help low-income citizens of Oakland and Livingston Counties meet critical needs and become self-sufficient.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, all appointments are being conducted in a remote session instead of in-person appointments. A client service coordinator will call you at the time of your appointment.

Appointments will be scheduled for the following locations:

Please bring the following documents for your Emergency Utility Assistance appointment:

  • Valid State Identification / Driver's License
  • Social Security card for all members living in the household
  • State Emergency Relief (SER) approval letter from DHHS
  • Proof of income for past 30 days from date of your appointment. Paystub or letter from employer, pensions, social security, DHHS benefit letter, unemployment, VA benefits, or self-employment documents for all members living in your household
  • DTE and Consumer Energy account numbers

Please bring the following documents to your Weatherization appointment:

  • Valid State Identification / Driver's License
  • Social Security card for all members living in the household
  • Proof of income for past 3 months from date of your appointment. Paystub or letter from employer, pensions, social security, DHHS benefit letter, unemployment, VA benefits, or self-employment documents for all members living in your household
  • DTE and Consumer Energy account numbers
  • Current rental agreement (lease)
  • Manufactured home owners must bring title to their home with their name listed as owner

Within minutes of making your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email with a calendar appointment attached to the email. In addition, you will also receive a phone reminder the day before your appointment.

Appointments can be changed or canceled at any time on this website. You can also make or cancel an appointment at any time (24/7) using our automated phone system by dialing (248) 479-6516 or (517) 292-2969 and following the instructions.
